Let's get fit!

Lately I've been in a health kick mood. I've completely changed my diet and I am now working out six days a week! (Go Me!) I am doing all of this in the hopes of dropping a few pounds and having abs like Rosa Acosta! Her abs are ridiculous might I add and I want them! Haha but seriously I've never been so motivated to get fit! I know there are a lot of people out there trying to get fit and healthy also. With that being said as I embrac on my get fit journey I want to wish the best to everyone that starting theirs or already on one!  Know of any killer workouts I should know about let me know :)
